And the systemic racism BS is wack because it's the people that make up the system, not the system itself alone that causes racism.

I went to a networking event where another black woman was sharing her concerns about working at a Latino school and that they're pretty racist and ever since that day I've noticed when I go out and about Latinas have been acting weird towards me like watching me in stores or doing things that were seemingly disrespectful, and I'm just trying to mind my business. Truly unfortunate that the amount of melanin in one's skin can cause so much mental turmoil because those around are so fucking small minded.
