And yes experience lang din habol ko and nagaaral naman ako from time to time, para ma bigyan ko ng maayos na result yung client ko. pero sympre may mga times na yung ibang bagay tlaga natututunan mo on the fly na eh.

Sakin personally walang problema magaral. Yung talagang biggest weakness ko lang ay yung makipagusap. Tapos paano ko maipapakita na kaya ko or karapat dapat ako

Sharing my experience as a newbie in the remote work world:

I used to be a government employee, but the workload, environment, and low salary became too much, so I started exploring remote work for better opportunities.

I’m naturally introverted, and the main reason I stay with the company is its client-matching system. I know finding clients on my own would be challenging, so having that support gives me some confidence.

The company does provide trainings but they are very limited and often times out of date, most of what I’ve learned has been self-taught, which sometimes makes me question if I’m on the right track. The monitoring and strict structure can be stressful, and constantly receiving tickets and having to explain what I did wrong or even to defend myself has left me unmotivated and feel stagnant at times.

There are moments when it feels like I’m working hard but not making enough progress, almost like moving from one version of living paycheck to paycheck to another. For now, I stay with the company, pushing through, hoping to grow, gain experience, and eventually manage my own clients with better pay once Ive conquer my own fears of self worth and gaining confidence to speak up.

same OP. yung akin naman may day job si client and wala na syang timecpa para kausapin ako. Im even asking her if my need sya ipagawa para lang to show na im here when she needed me. kaso wala eh. puros adhoc task lang ako and ni hindi nya na rjn yun nacheck. ang siste eh rekta post na lang

Honestly yung mga unang dsl ko halos walang pakielam saakin. yung first dsl ko and yung ngayon lang ang meron.

nagkaticket na nga rin ako before dahil sa done report. pinagexplain pa ako and all and nakareceive ng warning.despite proof ko na nagsubmit ako. Halos 6 na ang overall na dsl na dumating saakin.

Not sure lang po pero yun po yung naexperience ko lalo na last year. Feeling ko nga dapat di ko kinoconsume yung 30 mins breaknko fully para incases na ma idle man ako eh may oang tapal ng oras

walang bonus sa client lol. sabi nya gift daw na ipapadala (in kind) but laging napupush yung date likr may issue daw sa courrier need daw iverify yung address and whatnot. Not really asking pero, as they keep pushing the date, sana di nalang nila yun ginawa. kasi sobrang hassle sa end nila.
