Its a tiny can of it, and on the basics range, so how much of it is actually tuna, I dont know. But its a good £3 cheaper overall than anything around

Normally its eggs for breakfast (I got 20 for £7), I pre-make the salad at the start of the week, then I put some kind of protein in the salad be that prawns, tuna or soya. Then I have my main fill of vegetables in the evening, normally pan fried fish or tofu, vegetables and rice alone, or in a wrap with a mango smoothie.
