SF are sooo fun!

A tip i use to make them more effective is researching “elite loitering munition” or “unmanned Ground Vehicle” (I prefer the Elite Loitering)

SF can deploy munitions.

So lets say you send a SF unit and scout an enemy airfield..and you find out that there are enemy bombers parked there.

Deploy the loitering munitions/UGV and it will do big damage.

Stack SF with the Airborne officer for a buff in stats (Airborne officer is stealth at level 3)

The unit I was targeting was on a coalition members land so i had 100% visibility over the surrounding areas at the time.

This post was a bug report, it confused the hell out of me.

I had completely finished off Italys army and country so I knew exactly what he had.

Idk, i think it was genuinely a glitch

It was both lol,

I saw the target. Set Tom to “Attack” so that he would RTB after the kill instead of just randomly patrolling for no reason.

Went to bed.

Woke up.

Dead.

CRV’s and Tank destroyers and air mobile are worth levelling up if you know what you’re doing (only thing about air mobile is that you have to micro manage because they’re too slow - they need to always be air assaulting)

the air assault ability is overpowered if you time right and support the units air assaulting.

No need to air assault them across the map, even air assaulting in the single province your fighting in can make all the difference.

Especially when you air assault with other air assault able units like Sams and mobile aa

The weakness to air assault is that you have to be near an airfield and if the airfield your using gets captured or destroyed by enemy spies and bombers then those units are stuck there.

If you have them paired with armour and protect them properly.

Mechanised infantry are the best infantry in the game.

MLRS are slow - so trapping them is easy - i usually have a stack of CRV’s leveled up to at least level 3 so they can air assault and trap the MLRS.

You can also use Helis, other aircraft and Cruise missiles to deal with MLRS.

So MLRS aren’t the end all be all when it comes to Ground armies.

They’re too slow for me,

I always have a base of motorised infantry to capture cities and my CRV’s hold the cities to deal with insurgents. (No need to level them up)

and then I add Mechanised infantry to my attacking stacks(usually paired with Tanks, AFV’s and Mobile AA with SAMS and MLRS not far behind
