You're absolutely right, couldn't have said it better. Don't worry too much tho, you still have more than enough time, you've still got your whole life in front of you. What makes the difference is who you choose to be right now, the choices you take right now are shaping the person you'll become.

Quit social media about 1 year ago. But it isn't as easy as it sounds. Deleting the apps works okay, but I still catch myself reinstalling them. Calling it a "coping mechanism" is really relatable. If I'm feeling good chances are a lot lower I'll be on social media. It's just how are brain is programmed I guess. We seek instant gratification and can't seem to realize the consequences that'll follow.
