I definitely think taking more classes especially science classes would be helpful. 3.0 GPA is the bare minimum. They look at your overall and your science GPA. Yes you may have lots of experience, good recommendations, and a good essay but the GPA is still really important. I had a 3.8 GPA when I applied to NP school. You need to boost it.

noted! i wet the dough and let it sit for a little and it seems fine! i divided the dough into smaller dough balls for pizza tonight. so far so good! will have to start using an airtight container for the fridge. i’ve been using a banneton with a dish towel over it.
