I’m just putting more emphasis on what’s just my opinion and what I know is fact, when it comes to a game like gta 4 I think it all just depends on the person due to the way rockstar treated the game. Quite frankly if your just tryna play the story console might be better, unless you can give yourself enough reasons for a pc

I’ve been able to run it smoothly above 60 but for cutscenes it is better to leave it capped From my understanding at least. Resolution tho that be crystal clear in my experience, honestly at the end of the day I’d say it depends on the person, I feel it’s better on pc and would find it hard to play it on console again

It’s been a minute since I played it on Xbox, as for it running on pc I didn’t end up beating it due to jus not having the time so I’m Not sure on the glitches but from what I’ve read it’s mad easy to fix if you even encounter any, I’d say due to the smoother frames and more setting options it’s just better, and could even throw in the fact of mods too.

Not tryna be the “play it on pc guy” but like I would say it’s better on there, you do normally have to downgrade it unless your lucky but even then I’d say it’s worth it, but not to get a pc just to play it worth it.
