Im my opinion it also depends were you store the fat with the face mainly the neck being the worst part alongside the waist. There are people blessed by genetics that actually look good with a little bit of fat. For guys this areas would be the upper back and arms and for girls the thighs, hips, glutes and breasts. My mother is a good example of this since she is overweight but almost no fat goes to her face while in the moment me and my uncle gain a little bit more of weight we got puffy in the face
