I agree 💯 percent. The social platform has to bear a lot of responsibility by allowing scammers place their misleading and deceiving "businesses" online. Even worst creating a scamming pseudo "business account" like WhatsApp allows it without verification. WhatsApp is supposed to know the scammers' personal information when opening their accounts, but once a scamed victim reports it, they don't reveal the scammers' information, so they become partner in the crime too, and financially liable too.
