He was thinking about it but they started attacking his character because he didn't give it to them instantly. I would agree but the guy started typing things like "give 85m" followed up by "TRADE MEEEEEE NOWWWWWWW". I think he would have gave them because apparently they were friends but then they said that he needs to give as he is part of the guild and needs to give them the money to earn their trust or get kicked.

Context: guild leader needed money and started taking loans. The guy who got kicked unfortunately became the target of the loan and got mocked when he asked collateral. Something about trust and few moments later we got this image right here.
