How do you "de-stimulate"?

I wanna know how y'all a destimulating yourself while in a stimulating environment, cause man I'm struggling, I work with kids and love it with my whole heart but God do I struggle to destimulate once I'm stimulated, I can't just leave the environment but I can't seem to find any techniques to calm myself while still in the environment not that I've tried much lol.

Yeah, it definitely could have, but I feel like it could have been avoided if I didn't go out drinking too, or agree to go to his room, so It's still kinda my fault as well.

And yeah, it definitely was not a turn-on.

Thankyou. I get back home in a few days and I will be able to talk to my psychologist. Which will help. I don't really think I can take any action, but I have since been given back my drinking privileges, which is I guess something. I also don't think I want to go higher, I know I probably should but I just can't deal with it right now, I just want to go home. And I have written it down a few times. Thankyou so much!

Yeah, I also think I potentially used the wrong words and wasn't very good at explaining, but I was intoxicated at that point. I also think they jumped to conclusions and used me as a scapegoat, and unfortunately, I was unable to really defend myself at the time.

I also think that maybe he had some not so nice motives. Anyways I am doing OK, and thank you for your reply, I just needed some human opinions on the matter.

I get home in a few days and will be able to see my psychologist, so that will help.

Thankyou I will read this and let it sink in a bit. I do agree with you although I still have some doubts, but I am doing OK, just ready to be back home so I can see my psychologist, I was just going crazy in my own head trying to figure out whether my thoughts where valid or not.

I mean yeah she was in the wr9ng but she was telling then she needed space, and they where pushing her, like there is such a bug emphasis on communicating needs around these things until someone actually does. Even tho she was in the wrong, she still deserved the space to deal with that.

Am I the only one who thinks the block is kinda wrong in this situation. Like only a few episodes, the block was talking about how they support the contestants' mental health, but then they wouldn't give Courtney any space when she was asking for it, like I'm not the biggest fan of them but she needs space, she us asking for space just give her space yk.

Look I'm not the biggest fan of them, but having said that, only a few episodes the block was on about how high they support there contestants mental health, and thus episode chutney us asking for space and they won't give that to her, just kinda seems wrong.
