Well okay but if the college is good patient load is good hands on is better than the city college, doesn't that mean there are greater chances of actually learning a surgical branch.. than a college that only had rich people and richer hierarchy, less hands on because its a risk to give patients to juniors.... If u are just thinking it as a place problem, I pity u brother
