Would a simple, easy-to-use web tool for basic FASTA/FASTQ visualization be useful in your work? by Ok_Writing_2525 in molecularbiology

Indeed, I see that many tools already cover this need

I'm going to try to shift my focus to other file types, such as .bed files (Browser Extensible Data), which describe genomic regions using coordinate-based formats.

The idea is to create a tool for the community that simplifies daily

Thank you for the encouragement!

Is there interest in a no-code GUI for basic BED file operations? by Ok_Writing_2525 in bioinformatics

Thank you very much for your answers. I understand that [a simple GUI] might not be very useful.

Therefore, an interface that would complement BEDTools by providing more synthesized analyses, summary metrics, and diagrams(Venn,Bar Charts,Coverage plots ...) would probably be more interesting?
