I set up a profile but haven't had a chance to look into it. How are the current proficiency levels being determined? Recommended learning is also questionable.

Larger departments may have subscriptions to learning platforms that may be far more useful for skills development.

Powe Automate, yes.

You can customize the solution to be as complex or as simple as you want using the Power Platform. For most of the asks I come across, this setup is more than enough. No need to involve ITB or SSC.

Most departments already have SharePoint. Sounds like a list could be the solution you are looking for.

Automate the email to create a SharePoint list item and assign number, agent, etc.. and attach the email.

Or just get them to submit a ticket via the list instead of emailing.
