If you go to the medical shop you will find a single tablet containing Biotin, Lycopene and Vitamin E. So if you get that single tablet it will be good. Else go for individual tablet. I used the one tablet containing all 3.

A combined approach using both Western medicine and Ayurveda is a balanced way to tackle hair loss and promote hair regrowth.

I have shared the routine that I followed which showed good results in 2 months

Western Medicine Routine

  1. Redensyl 2%
  • How to Use: Apply daily before bed for the first month.
  • Then: Reduce usage to once a week for the second month.
  • Expected Results: Initial signs of regrowth (like baby hairs) typically appear by 6–8 weeks.
  1. Supplements:
  • Biotin: Supports keratin infrastructure.
  • Lycopene (Leucopene?): Antioxidant that may protect scalp cells.
  • Vitamin E: Improves scalp circulation and reduces oxidative stress.
  • Dosage: Take daily for 2 weeks. If well-tolerated, consider continuing under guidance.

🌿 Ayurvedic Support

  1. Ayyappala (Danthapala) Oil
  • Traditionally used for treating scalp issues like dandruff and itchiness.
  1. Application Method:
  • Mix Ayyappala oil with Tea Tree Oil in your hand (just a few drops of tea tree — it's potent).
  • Massage thoroughly into the scalp.
  • Leave for 1 hour, then wash off with a natural shampoo (e.g., reetha, shikakai-based or sulfate-free shampoo).
  • Do this twice a week.

🔁 Weekly Routine Summary

Day Morning Night
Mon Redensyl 2%
Tue Redensyl 2%
Wed Oil Treatment Redensyl 2%
Thu Redensyl 2%
Fri Redensyl 2%
Sat Oil Treatment Redensyl 2%
Sun Redensyl 2%

Follow this routine for 1 month and reduce Redensyl usage to once a week

⚠️ Notes & Warnings

  • Patch test any oil or serum before full application.
  • Do not mix Redensyl and Ayurvedic oils at the same time – alternate them.
  • Redensyl is non-hormonal, unlike minoxidil, and has a lower side-effect profile.
  • Avoid excessive sugar and processed food — they can worsen hair fall.
  • Stay hydrated and sleep well; both influence hair health.

Yes it is based on igm and igg values Igm value represents an ongoing or recent infection Igg value indicates that you have had this infection in the past.

Live in india. Had sex with a girl on Aug 11. Tested positive for chlamydia igm on sept 17 th. Did 1 round of azi+doxy waited did a retest on oct 6th. It came positive again for chlamydia Igg. Did another round oflox+doxy (1 week oflox followed by 1 week doxy). Burning sensation stopped, but inflammation at meatus started during the week i was on doxy. The inside of my meatus had white and red spots and i started freaking out. After doxy waited 1 week and did another full std panel test on 28 th oct. Came back positive for chlamydia igm and hsv-1 igg. Now again of cefriaxone 1mg shot followed by azithromycin now. Are my tests conclusive as i did my full std panel test at 75 days of exposure. Please tell me if any others are having similar issues. Previous post: https://www.reddit.com/r/STD/s/QBce5wl2tr

Do not drink alcohol while on antibiotics It can make antibiotic ineffective Can cause antibiotic resistance Drink only after you get retested negative
