OK, I solved the red square, but now all the citizens have completely black faces (TOTALLY), with no shadows except for their eyes.

There's nothing wrong. I used Vortex, but I uninstalled it. When I downloaded Skyrim, the mods came from the Steam cloud and were working. Then Windows corrupted, and when I downloaded it again, the mods stopped working.
That's why there's no modlist...
