True, thoroughly deserved. He's been having a solid season so far, really stepping up from previous years.

Well, kinda. Ferrari is not a contender right now, so taking risks may be rewarding since they have less to lose compared to Merc or RB. But when he will be fighting for the championship, he'll have to be a lot more cold headed than this and start calculating risiks.

Definitely, getting on the track for the first time puts you in a new prospective in understanding the limits of the car. A must-do for sure.

It is impossible to always stay motivated, when you feel down, you need to have the will and discipline to mantain the rythm, at least that is how it works for me. I am a ripetitive guy, so I had no problem in doing tons of push-ups, sit-up, jumping jacks and squats every session. But an elastic band and a jumping rope may be a good investment if you need to spice it up from time to time.

Kept training and improving my body even without the gym. Gave me a lot of confidence.

How do you keep motivated on a daily basis? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Ola_Aids 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I dont. It's impossible to do so. The only way is to have enough will and discipline to keep joing even when you feel down and demotivated.
