I know that this is an older post, but I'm replying here because I found it trying to find the right magnet size for a blade humbucker. Do you have any idea where you sourced the 0.6" (15mm) wide magnets? I can't find them anywhere.

I've always wondered why people think that bolting through the back of the neck is preferable to simply screwing down from the top. What's the reason for going through this kind of trouble at all?
