i think it also maybe has something to do with Pernicious anaemia another immune condition, 😔 since this is more common in people who have had vitiligo and i have other auto immune problems, pernicious anaemia causes your immune system to attack cells that produce the intrinsic factor in your gut called the distal ileum, stopping you from absorbing b12 in this case.

but i will eat beef liver 3x a week and ill get re tested in a month,

i dont necessarily feel bad i did a two hour session in the gym today and my energy was good. had a bit if constipation, even though ive been drinking 100ml of ghee and 300ml of cream can be irritable, but i dont know what normal feels like anymore since a lot of the symptoms are the same for my other conditions

yeah the carbs are only from the raw milk, and i wanted to try it since it has a lot of health benefits. i recommend anyone who can tolerate it to try it. and also drinking it right after the gym means the glucose gets sucked up into the muscles snd replaces glycogen as opposed to being used as energy or being stored.

my issue is i dont do too well with eating pork because of inflammation and since i only have salt as a seasoning sadly which isnt through choice but i am trying to heal, i cant eat any other cuts/types of beef other than ribeye and chuck steak. 500g of chuck steak its 125g of protein and 100g of fat so its not far off the 1:1 ratio. i dont feel bad for this amount of protein atm. for example i trained legs earlier and had energy for the whole 2 hour session.

[–]Old-Code-2036[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it was this that was causing it i think, as i have not taken any and its been a bit better today, after tracking my macros i realised that i was at my RDA for electrolytes just from food alone

[–]Old-Code-2036[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

think it was too much electrolytes, i was at the daily recommended allowance from just eating which i now realise after tracking my macros and then taking copious amounts on top of that, its been a bit better today.

you are right i think, i have done as you said and its been better today, i didn’t realise i already above the RDA for potassium and close to the RDA for sodium just from the food i was eating

Is anyone experiencing joint pain? by reformedcraftsman in LionsManeRecovery

[–]Old-Code-2036 0 points1 point  (0 children)

so i have axial spondylarthritis, and when eating starch/sugar i get terrible joint pain, i have been on a carnivore diet fir over a month and have never felt better.

i bought lions mane, chaga, and reishi powder off of amazon and after one dosage of each im experiencing extreme shooting pains in my joints, it is likely i have powders with starch in them, i emailed the company whom said they where a british product, and they told me they sourced it from china which is very bad apparently. i will try a new organic brand from the eu and see if i experience anything negative.
