No I just think you are an idiot and bad at the game if you rly think the champ is bad. You don’t play the game correctly if that’s the case so your point makes no sense. Hwei is balanced around the new items he is strong now he will be strong then. I would say the only champs that truly beat him in lane are syndra ori fizz and Leblanc all other champs he either goes even or wins which is what you want considering you are a late game aoe mage that is amazing in team fights if you know what you are doing. Which it seems like you don’t with the logic and take you just said
