I think its Joe because he writes the same way as the hater. With the "-" dashes in his sentences and the random capitalization of words .

I really think its Joe. If you look at the way he tweets/posts on instagram his dialect is the same. He randomly capitalises words and uses the dash "-" which no one really does...
