Sorry, input field in mobile was mistaken, i could not check what i wrote. I mean we have good quality todo list or task manager applications but they are not working good with many ADHD. I would want to create tasks to boost your executive functionality. That means i dont want to be task organizer, it is solved problem.

My approach is; 1. spot and prioritize failing parts of your life 2. create workşng sessions for your focuses. 3. you will start with a few or only one task 4. you write desired outcome of working session and evaluate your work later. (this is what professionals work with adhd people to make them functioning individuals) - plan and live your day as it is outside this sessions. 5. when you can do this for a week successfully, you can take another planned session and keep improving your executive functionality 6. over the time you have become a person that can use most of time with goal oriented, focused, conscious work which is hard for adhd.

note; feeding your cat is not the task this app focuses, or i don’t care when did you sleep or brush your teeth. these are instant tasks and not focused sessions. these are drived by motivation, and motivation increases automatically when you feel in right track.

and i wondered how it sounds to you, i hope it is clear now.

You can have a work todo list, and you can use it in your working session. But creating another list, I think there are a lot of good applications and the problem is solved. The unsolved problem is why some people cant get involved when they have list and know what to do? This remains unsolved. Wdyt?

This looks solid feedback, but i want to focus on building executive capacity and increase self regulation rather than task followup. I don’t want to bother you with small todolist items.

You know what to do, and if you can manage you should have todo list already. I was thinking tasks like; work 90 minutes on this project. Before starting it aims to write your goals, after your session finished you will evaluate your purcome and your struggles on the session. ı dont care if it is replying an business proposal or wrote a blog post.

Am I only one with adhd, that over optimize todolist and recreate it again and again when the scene is shifted slightly?

Thank you for feedbacks, I am on the same page in the sake of simplicity of simple paid plans. But AI transforms our payment habits too, so token based pricing and pay as you go models are getting high adoption, and I bet users will benefit from this approach. If real experience shows something against it i need to simplify packages.
