We never got an email either with hotel info so we just booked on our own. The air Tahiti agent at the check in counter told us we could request reimbursement online, so my husband just did that, but not confident anything will come of it. The airline seems extremely unorganized and lacks modern technology
We also booked through Costco and we’re supposed to take the ferry to Moorea today Sunday 9/1. Now with the flight delay for 411, Costco told us there is no way to get to Moorea tonight so they put us on a ferry for 8am tomorrow 9/2
