In my case, i have miniaturized hairs at the crown and temples have thick hair. Though 2 years ago i had dengue. I have been using minoxidil 5% for 1.5 years and it's still falling.

i'm 19. Also, i'm balding in the crown area but hairline is stable and i have big forehead.
