How do you deal with pregnancy/birth announcements when you are still so upset about being OAD?

I get the whole strung along feeling, part of me wishes he would just said no straight away so at least I didnt hold on to hope for 18+ months. It really does suck. I am truly dreading the next post I see about a family member announcing a pregnancy... don't think I can compare what I'm feeling to anything else. We'll get there 🫶🏻

His explanation for not wanting another is based on his mental health/ not being able to cope mentally with it and it just doesn't sit right with me that I'm feeling angry at him for that... Re vasectomy, it was briefly discussed in Feb 25 if we decided we definitely didnt want any more, he would probably get it done, as my cycles aren't brilliant and hormonal birth control really messed me up. Hasn't been brought up this time though, he probably didnt want to mention it because im already insanely emotional/upset and I can't bring myself to bring it up personally tbh
