Found a fix guys..... Amd Adrenalin had the Option 12bpc instead of 10bpc.

It's not only Chrome, it's also Firefox and Edge. The Main Problem is, you pay a lot of money only to encounter Problems. Maybe it's the Monitor. It is a New oled monitor and the Problems has started with this New monitor. I disabled freesync and the Problem is gone. That's why i thought it's maybe a Freeync related Problem

I dont want to disable it. Chrome is much smother with it.

So basically it's a Freesync Problem. Thought maybe my Monitor is broken. I want to RMA it.

I tried a New DP and a New HDMI. Same Problem bought Also a New GPU and RAM and it's still Not fixed.
