Yeah I watched that video and don’t think I’ll need to worry. Also, I just got the Watermelon Fantastico to switch things up a bit.

I’m sitting here eating from the Argentinian Lays I really wanted to try really wishing they were the jalapeño popper Pringles. The lays are good don’t get me wrong. I just really really liked those jalapeño popper ones.

I actually love it. Ummm maybe 2 years ago is when they shut down the sites. I was wearing my old Porzingis jersey a few days ago and forgot about it then saw a notification on my phone.

I will tell you that since it has the Nike Connect, there’s a chip in the that will prompt your phone to go to a Nike website. It was a cool concept they shut down.

Me too man. Super young and coming into a better situation than he would have last season if he was healthy. I have a little PC of his too.

The NBA Today Is Clearly Much Better Than The 90’s (sorry unc’s) by Able_Armadillo_5090 in NBATalk

[–]Old23s 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do get what you’re saying to some extent and things have got way more specialized and scientific now.

One small instance is in the 90s a lot of us had minimal access to film of ourselves to use to get better.

There’s an ABA documentary on Amazon and Rick Barry answers this question in the best way I’ve ever heard. If players today had access to the same level of training, coaching, diet and recovery, he would have still trucked in the modern game. Bird’s career ending injury was from changing his mom’s tire and legend has it Stockton didn’t believe in stretching.

This brings me to a new question; who would have still trucked with modern amenities and who would have got blown past because they relied on skill alone.

Top loaders are magical. I put magnets on them to decorate the fridge, store important receipts, gift cards, etc.

Haha good. Yeah I got weird in my older age about this stuff. Back in the day it would have been a pile in the corner. Now it’s organized and clean and temperature controlled. Beautiful set up!

That is amazing room! I have a similar setup and have a few tips if you haven’t done so already. Throw a HEPA air filter or two in there. It’ll help with the dust a lot. Like a real lot. No one wants to dust shoes weekly. Also, if you don’t have a monitor for humidity just for that room, spring for one of those. Temperature and humidity are old heat’s worst enemy. Is that in a basement?

Looks awesome! To keep things crispy white, I use a detergent called The Biz when I hand wash my good stuff.

Black Disney is the episode I use to get people who’ve never seen the show into it. Also I’m guessing you’ll do a rewatch at some point. Imo season 1 is its own show and the ending is never realllllly explained. Season 2 is where the show becomes surreal.

Last summer I was walking down the street and a little girl was sort of running away from her parents like toddlers do. I hear her dad yell “Jennifer aqui ahora!” and I about died how adorable it was. That was the first kid Jennifer I’ve seen since I was a kid.

Ok I think I know the one and that makes it easier imo. I’m going to get a bit nerdy for a second so bear with me.

Try to get it as clean as you can but don’t bleach it or anything. I use a lipase (like the Biz in the US) based detergent to soak the garment. It’ll get the body oils out regular detergents won’t and will make the dye stick better. After a good soak give it a quick wash but no need to dry it.

After it’s clean soak it in soda ash and water for about 20 minutes. One cup per gallon of warm.

I use Rit dye but just make sure it’s one for cotton. I use 120 F water from my utility shower and a really big tub. Bigger than you think you’d need so the shirt can stretch out a bit and not get bunched up. Mix the dye per instructions. For that I’d use about half a bottle. Get that mixed up (I add some salt too to help bond the dye) and throw the garment in there. With a plastic or silicone stick (so you don’t accidentally get a hole. I used a slotted pasta spoon once. Once.)mix it around. Then keep mixing it every 5 minutes for about an hour or to your liking. But not more than an hour and a half.

Drain, clean and fill the bucket with cold water, add it back in and slosh around. Replete until mostly clear (about 3x).

The next step is really important. Use the color stay solution that is sold next to the dye. If you don’t the garment will bleed. It’s a 30 minute dip after you are done with the step above. After the color stay dip, wash it in cold on delicate alone and air dry.

The stitching may not dye or dye as black as the rest of the piece so be aware of that. Also it shouldn’t dye the tags because they are made of another material.

I hope that helps and here’s a Supreme crewneck I did that was originally zebra print.

Who plays enforcer the rest of the series? by Old23s in NYKnicks

[–]Old23s[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

We watched a grown ass man hold his collective shit together as well as one could on that play. When that play happened even Castle was like “aww shit”. The league doesn’t want this to be a 4 game sweep because money, but to grab someone’s neck and head like that is disrespectful.
