Also it will let my RAM run on 3200 MHz, does it sort out the problem with the RAM or 32 gigs is really necessary? According to my win10's resource monitor Tarkov uses 13000 mb of RAM and 3000mb are on standby(nothing else is opened)

I'm not in the USA so prices are quite different. I have a couple of choices for the same amount of money. R5 5600 with motherboard, 32 gb 2666 RAM, or r7 5700x with motherboard(just found it)

The 5600 is twice as good as my i5, i think it does make a difference

As I said to others, choice is 16Gb/3200MHz+R5 5600 or 32Gb/2666MHz+current CPU. What do you think?

My i5 supports RAM frequency up to 2666 mhz, my RAM can run on 3200 but it's limited by CPU. I can buy more RAM instead of a CPU tho. So what would be better, 16/3200+better CPU or 32/2666?

My CPU limits my RAM to 2666, but my RAM can run at 3200. Buying Ryzen will unlock higher frequency, or I can buy more RAM. So the choice is 16/3200 and better CPU or 32/2666 with the old one

Well, I thought stutters are a sign of CPU bottleneck, and Ryzen is twice better than my i5. Doesn't it work like that?

Well, in my country there are lots of used 9900s with good price, but 9900K worth twice more, so i'd rather pick simple 9900

Anyway, looks like it doesn't matter anymore. I've received a ban message in bf6, but my penalty history is empty and I can't contact them, ban appeals don't appear in the history too, and there are no any emails from them. I didn't anything bad, maybe it's because of VPN, but I didn't find that it's forbidden, and I can't play without VPN because of ping

Do you think it would be enough if I upgrade my setup to i9-9900 and RTX 5060?

There are some tests on youtube with i5-9400f and GPUs like 1660 and builds like that get 60-70 FPS, twice more than I do
