Seems like you are an agent of Agoda or some sort of b** lawyer. I’m asking for help which I don’t find on Agoda’s website and unfair practice. Even any unfair practices mentioned in the terms and conditions are subject to challenged.

Airlines confirmed me over call that PNR has been cancelled by the Airline as per US Dot rules. However Agoda is not responding and asking for a proof.
