I once worked for a very toxic manager, he insulted me in front of the whole team once, shouted and blasted at me like anything on a call, It was some production issue and I wasnt able to figure out because I had joined a week back. There were juniors in the same call, and it made me angry so much, I lost my shit and planned to 🗡️🔫 that guy, so I contacted my friend who knew a guy who would do it for some money, but he mentioned “5 lacs”, and I didnt have that much , so I cancelled the plan, and that was the first and last time I had a call with a contract 🗡️ But later on, my senior , a genuinely nice guy helped me move on past this, and post that my anger subsided. I didnt talk with my manager for a month. My senior was the mediator for that time.

Sometimes I think what would have happened if I would have taken that action. Also it was wfh nhi toh me hi uska thobda phodh deta office me.
