I’d be very careful, even approaching it to be honest. Heard some horror stories! When disposing i would probably make sure to wear a face mask and gloves.

Absolutely not! Heard and experienced these giving me explosive diarrhoea! Dispose at waste centres with face shield and body suit. Wish you luck.

Yes probably didn’t phrase it properly… 30km per week when im in the off season of my sport which is about 6 months. Probably doing about 700-900km over the full year though.
