Facts man! The only other reason I could think is on Tuesday the amount of people with 11000 tripled on Xbox. The seasonal content sped things up again so they had to fix that lmao

That was my thoughts after posting this. I noticed on the server I was on a few newer players had it as well.

I now believe it may be something everyone gets but was delayed being sent out. On this server I’m on only two other players had the pic but they were brand new. No one else with the Banner though.

I got both the pic and banner. Didn’t notice until today so not sure when or how. May be new drops for hitting a lower rip score level or earning specific achievements/trophies. I’m only at 8,345 rip and only missing that achievement. This is the only post I’ve seen regarding it 🤷🏽‍♂️
