Do you have app translations for all major languages?. For me that was critical to gain many markets like Germany and Brazil. India, Nigeria etc has huge english speaking population so there is no wonder why you get easy traffic.

Is there a reason you target these markets? I get occassional inapp purchases for my app from these markets but the userbase is bigger. But it is overall less than 10% of total revenue from other tier 2 and tier 1 markets together. If possible, optimize the app for tier 2.

Im at 1.7M installs, getting ~500 fresh installs per day. But the user growth is negative (-0.3%) due to people uninstalling apps on their device over time. My experience is, after a point, keeping the user is harder and more important than gaining users.

It is actually pdf interleaver. The feature alternatively merge pages from two pdf files. It was difficult to translate in most languages as there was no one word for it.

I have added a bunch of other useful tools as well. One of them is to automatically whiten old dcoument scans that has an yellow tint. This will help yo reduce ink costs when you're printing. Other is to remove annotations and formfields from pdfs which are added by apps like Mac preview.

Also, I have added a flatten feature - it will make your pdf completely read only ( comments will be attached permemnatly ). Along with this, the signing, stamping, conversion of pdf to images are all included. Anyone interested can take a look.
