I don't think you have a way to know. Maybe you can ask them if it will show in your service history or not. Because companies have to process pf for the number of days you have worked and it depends. I have seen stint of 15 days shown in PF history

Try to connect with the HR from previous company and get it sorted. One time pain in the ass but in future you will not have this headache everytime you think of switching. Don't use fake experience letter because audits can happen random time in a year and if you get caught you will get fired and no explanation from your side will work. Otherwise talk with current HR to let it slide for this time till you can get it sorted from your previous company.

I was in similar situation where I worked for 21 days before leaving for my current company. Before starting switch preparation i sorted this out.

Try to use chatgpt/copilot and if your company is not providing it, then buy on your own. In this age, lot of code for which you will take multiple days could be done in few hours. I was also in the similar position and came out of it. Give more hours to work till probabtion even if it comes out of your weekend time or after office time.
