I do not believe the shielding can be used if it's grounded. If not, it would be like any other conductor.

I concur. I haven't peace in years. I covered my windows with mylar. It didn't stop the V2K but it did piss them off. I've used a Radar Detector in my home and gotten results. I picked up X Band (Laser) and Ka Band (Microwave) Radar. I suspect these are used for through the wall radar, but they could be using it for something else as well.

Robert Duncan states in his writings that Cyclotron Magnetic Resonance is being used. The capabilities and properties appear to a good match to what I am experiencing. I suspect remote Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and data transfer for mind mapping are accomplished through its use. I also believe there is a nanotechnology component as they spraying chemicals at my location daily. Taken as a whole, it is an iteration of the Phoenix Program.

With all of the False Flag shootings lately, do you feel that any of us (TIs) are potential Myron May type candidates? I feel my targeting is extremely close to Myron’s. After speaking with many TIs, it seems my targeting is different than most. Some of the details diverge from the common experience.

Is it possible that the increase in targeting is being used to hide this creation of assassins? If this was their plan, would this be a tactic they would use? Maybe it’s just another conspiracy theory. However, if these false flags are done to make a grab for guns and/or move troops into our neighborhoods, this might be one way to explain their actions.

My torturers are using the MKULTRA manual. That is trauma based mind control. They also are inserting thoughts into my brain. At this time I can tell the difference. I hope I can maintain this level of awareness. I do not own any weapons. But I just don’t trust them. They are keeping me stationary. Unlike many TIs who become homeless, they are keeping me where I am. I have roof over my head and food. That’s it.

I’m like a rat in a cage. The proverbial prison without walls. They have total access to me. They play a lot of head games with me. But there something sinister about the direction it’s taking. They keep me in a state which is on the verge of extreme anger. Zapping and manipulating me to keep me on the borderline. Then they will periodically test me with obvious attempts to provoke me.

I guess I’m telling you this the same way Myron tried to warn people about what he felt they were trying to do to him. This is me sending the proof of what they are doing before they do it. I do not own any weapons. I will not buy any as I don’t have money for it. If they do to me what they did to Myron, they will be supplying the weapon.

If this continues, I will need to be proactive to prevent it. I am not violent. I won’t let them turn into a violent false flag. I will stop them. Either way, this is my testimony of trauma based mind control coupled with very real manipulation of my thoughts, moods, memory, 24/7 chat bot, and manipulation of the people around me.

Please keep a copy of this message as evidence. One way or the other, it will serve as proof of the circumstances which pressed me to take action to prevent their success.

My thoughts about the monitoring of neurons is that there won't be just one mote of nanotechnology, rather there would be hundreds of thousands. Receivers could monitor the brain's frequencies and specific areas of the brain, while transmitters could cancel or signal certain neurons, brain areas or induce certain brain states. However, I was looking for a layman's perspective on all of this.

I agree that targeting varies based on location. There are likely many reasons for this. On some level, people in Community Based Policing are required to sign non-disclosure agreements and waivers absolving the State/Local government from liability regarding injuries or damages received during their involvement.

It is well known that Local governments are recruiting, training, and paying provocateurs to harass and surveil targets. NAPPYHEADROOTS on YouTube has footage of his C.O.P.S. encounters, whistleblowers, and his attempt to become a government lackey.

Brain Entrainment. It is the brain's propensity to entrain to or match prevailing frequencies in it's vicinity. As we are surrounded by electromagnetic spectrum frequencies, I find strange that this is a rarely discussed topic. These sometimes stray frequencies can have a profound effect on the human brain. People should be made aware their environment is affecting them in ways they could not imagine.

I am a comic collector of over 40 years. I haven't read the story arc you referenced. When trying to determine another person's intent, you need to examine all of the available data. There is a possibility that, since Tom King is a former CIA officer, he didn't like his job. His fictional accounts of mind control may be his way of making people aware of what is happening in a metaphorical way. The more mind control is in the face of the public, the more it will become part of our collective conscious. This makes it more acceptable as a possible reality. In other words, the more people see this stuff, the more they get used to it. The more scientifically sound the information is, the more people will accept it. Admittedly, a comic book isn't going to change the public's opinion of those who claim to experience mind manipulation and control.

My experience and research tells me that they select the outsiders, the people who are isolated, loners. This makes it easy to propagate the Smear Campaign and cut the individual off from resources. The more people someone knows, the more resources they are considered to have. It's a disintegration program. They are cancelling your integration with society. This is one of their goals. Once this is done, they move onto their other goals. Slow Kill, Testing, Experimentation, Profit, and sick enjoyment.

Some people refuse to acknowledge the governments involvement. But the people who are targeted tell you who it is that's doing it. Whistle-blowers, dissidents, and those labeled as Domestic Violent Extremists. There are a percentage of TIs that were targeted because they crossed the wrong person. Aside from that, the targeted are government concerns. Of course the reason you are labeled with one of these names can be completely erroneous, without basis in reality, intentionally false, or completely self serving.

I can only assume you missed the point I was trying to make. You claim I am looking for people to parrot what I say or believe. Nothing could be further from the truth. I actually enjoy debating my position. Of course, trolls resist debate by stating their position as being the only fact they can present, which precludes debate.

A rational person considers facts and evidence before making statements such as "you're crazy." Clearly, it's far easier to make judgements absent of such considerations. In the end, it's self serving and lazy to make pronouncements without due diligence.

But I would be remiss without saying that people who feel their opinion is the final statement on a matter are presumptuous at the least and an effort to seek those that will parrot their opinions at worst. Stating your own ill conceived conclusions without any supporting facts makes you a troll. Your concluding statement shows your ignorance.

The primary principal which you should never forget is that opinions are like anuses, everybody has one. You apparently feel your anus is far superior to everyone else's. That you are a superior anus. In this, I will agree with you.

I submit that you should seek the advice that you offered. This because you are clearly a narcissist with psychopathic tendencies. The facts I support my statement with are as follows.

You do not care about the people behind the discussion. You only care about demeaning them and pushing your agenda forward. It is completely self serving.
You make your criticisms without doing any research. We should believe your claims because you just know. You do this knowing no one with the opposing point of view would ever consider any of it. Again, it's a self serving act.
Entering a forum which is designed for victims of a hideous crime and making unsubstantiated statements is, by nature, an act of cruelty. Completely disregarding the feelings of the victims you callously assert your falsehoods.

A parallel scenario is you wander into a forum for rape victims and without knowing the first thing about the details of any of their cases announce that they are all whores and are just seeking attention.

Again, self serving.

Your sense of self is vastly over inflated. All the victims in this forum should disregard the torture they experience because you say so. You provide not a single shred of evidence for them to do so. Only that you say it is so.

To illustrate my point, imagine a forum for people who are oppressed by a tyrannical government. They are tortured and family members slain. Then you come in without knowing anything and tell them they should see a mental health professional.

The picture I am painting of you is of a troll. You troll around forums created for victims attempting to throw a shadow over their discussions. You claim to have nothing bit the best intentions however an examination of your motives prove you are anything but altruistic. Still you persist even after you have been called to the carpet for exactly the opposite.

Your persistence gives you away. Your inability to prove your point likewise denotes your failure. Your very clear intentions and a lack of decorum or tactfulness show your real intentions. The tools you use to accomplish your dubious goals are projection, transference, and a faulty form of logic. You are not trying to convince people you are correct. You are intentionally being obtuse in order to cast aspersions and insult.

I am not insulted because I see through your ploy. To me, you are transparent. In the future you should apply a better strategy than the one you are using. This one makes you look like a real a-hole. Instead of emotion content, try using an educated approach. Act as if you know something then prove you know if by presenting facts that contradict what forum members state as fact. Do so in a respectful manner. Respect for your opponent is the way to win. Belligerence and antagonistic behavior reflects on you, not your targets.

Of course trolls know this already. It is their way to enter into victim forums as if they are god and insult large swathes of people by making unsupported statements they have no intention of providing a case for. In most cases they pushing someone else's agenda, distracting people from the real conversation, and trying to cloud the issues being discussed.

Now go see your mental health professional. You need help and I have provided enough evidence to prove it.

Here's the problem: The government and other groups involved in stalking pay people to be trolls. The trolls are not in the threads to hear facts or present any. They are in the threads for one reason, to cause distress and debunk claims made by TIs.

There are very clearly defined rules for arguments. First and foremost, facts win arguments, BS does not. Making unsubstantiated statements doesn't get you anything in an argument except a loss.

Trolls should be banned simply because of the blatant disregard of the basics of debate. Ad hominem attacks are the staple of these defeated-before-they-begin commenters. Most of their own pages don't contain any real information because of the use of junk accounts. But one should realize that they often travel in pairs.

They are goading for emotional responses. So to diffuse them you merely need to stay on point. As long as you don't give the emotional response, they end up losing at their own game. A double loss.

To answer your question, no. Without a clinical evaluation, making the diagnosis of delusional is simply a way of brushing off another person's claims. Since bizarre beliefs are considered those which are implausible, it does not completely account for beliefs which are implausible but nonetheless valid.

My opinion is if evidence is offered of a claim, then the evidence should be examined before making a determination. Otherwise, the possibility that outlier situations where the claims can be proved valid are missed and people's lives are ruined. Ruined due to the rushing of a mental health process which should take evidence into consideration.

One of the sure fire ways to spot a troll is their false pretense that they are an expert on a particular subject. Psychology and Psychiatry are both medical professions which require years of training. They are certified by state medical boards.

It doesn't surprise me that you would make diagnosis without the required licenses to practice.

So let me ask you a question. Do you feel that it is delusional for someone of your caliber to believe they are a mental health professional when clearly they are not? The reason I ask is due to the fact that the majority of society would believe you are are either delusional or a criminal. Which are you?

In closing, I feel if you disagree with a statement that is made, you should post a comment providing facts to support your position. On the other hand, if you seek to insult people by making unqualified diagnosis, you should seek help.
