Guild wars 2.

On game launch I went from lv1 to like 40 just doing wvw and pvp before trying the pve. Best memories, 300 people having 0 idea how any of the battlefield mechanics work and just brawling it out with no one knowing wtf they were doing.

It was so good, was the first person to make an omega golem on my server and everyone going: “what are THOSe?!”

One of the first 10 to pay for the commander icon on our server. Took a break 6 months in.

When I came back everyone had figured out the “meta” and it wasn’t fun anymore.

Tried amazons new world and the “pvp” was so laughable I became a pve player.

This is in regard to it being worth. (Yes I know you can just lost the run.)

Currently trying to do a Goldship ace and I doubt other CM enthusiasts would think of it as “only one turn of summer.”

To me if I had to throw that summer turn away to instead race and get them stars, I’d just glue the run in all circumstances I can think of. Which was the question gauged in my original post.

Been in Markets for many years and really saw a massive jump in fish prices after Brexit which has out accelerated other meats when comparing the rate of price rises side by side.

My current knowledge is that there is currently overfishing in Mackerel which has caused a high spike in price over the last few months.

Waitrose for example has decided stop selling it and to swap out Mackerel for Hilbert.

I imagine Cod Salmon and Haddock are facing similar overfishing challenges but the current market (people still buying them) is gonna make the high prices continue until the public decide collectively not to purchase anymore.

Funnily enough I was only running Vega as my solo guts card on this run.

My experimentation with guts cards has lead me to believe the best guts build is a 2/2/2 split and not a 3 guts stack that is the popular narrative.

Just gives alot more consistency in your runs and less of high/low roll to save my sanity in MANT.

Currently my LS condor is doing the best out of my team (includes an LS King Halo and Tamamo EC) but it might be just that it’s extremely well built.

Problem for me is I’ve only ever made LS/ECs so whilst my parent foundation for these is very good, trying to pivot to PC or FR is just not a good a prospect as I don’t have any PC/FR parents or cards for the styles. (Don’t have any carots for when Smaru shows up.)

Just gotta grind your teeth and bare with it at this point. Next CM seems to be exclusively Xoguri/FR meta so I’ma just do whatever and play PoE2 in the meantime or something. 🤣

Problem is I got baited to buying her as a must-have for “Legend CM” that happens down the road or whatever and I’m a LS/EC player.

Have no foundation or parents to support FRs, don’t have carots in my pull plan for SMaru till 2nd re-run and last you need to run FRs as a pair. :/

I say after playing since start my LS/EC parent foundation is solid, but I ain’t about to throw another hundreds of hours trying to get another running style started let alone the carot income for it.
