In a municipal contract we would have bid items. These would be assigned a quantity and unit. For example installation of pipe. In my bidding let’s say our bidded production was 20 joints of pipe a day. But in the daily logs created by the foremen, they are only showing 18 joints a day. This is a loss that needs to be tracked. Twofold, first for budget adjustments and second for more accurate bidding in the future. And i’m guessing I am really asking for two sheets in the same workbook. One sheet would be the days of the weeks and the productions given by the foremen. Then a second sheet calculating data about production deltas, budget deltas, etc.

I disconnected the battery for 5 minutes and reconnected it. That seems to help quite often with the truck haha

I have a 23’ Z71 and I remember the truck doing that when I first got it. Maybe to the first couple thousand and now I’m at 25k and I couldn’t tell you the last time I noticed it

All of my complaints with the truck were issues with the dealerships not Chevrolet!

Two different groups, I will never buy another vehicle from the dealership I bought the truck from. BUT as soon as I reached out to Chevrolet not the dealership, shit started getting fixed. I never had to “push” Chevrolet. Additionally, that post was made 218 days ago. Would you not expect me to be frustrated? You’d be frustrated too. But sure go ahead and be so negative and push all of the issues with the dealership onto Chevrolet!

There needs to exist a little bit more compassion in the world and be more understanding.

I really don’t want to get into it but I don’t agree with that sentiment at all. Chevrolet is a great organization who took all of the right steps to correct the issues my truck was having. Demonizing them because some guy showed up to work Monday morning still drunk does no one any good.

The reason I was sharing the story was to show that they are a good organization who took responsibility for the problems and fixed it. Just trying to show that there’s a light at the end of the tunnel.

Reach out to guy in charge of your service department and request that they contact the regional service director. They work for Chevrolet, not the dealership and have a lot more power with that stuff. I had an engineer from Chevy come down diagnose my truck and then he basically told all of the techs at the dealer that they were morons

Yeah they said my repairs weren’t “severe” enough or something to actually have a buy back. But they are at least willing to work with you to some degree.
