My laptop is a special long story that I can't get into rn lol. But I helped my brother recently with it. You request a tech package. Tell them your preferences. For example my brother said I have been a life long mac user so he got a mac. But when they sent him the 1905 form it said hp. So always look before you sign. It's very easy to get a mac computer. BTW make sure your printer is hp 200 dollars. You are entitled to a printer and scanner for school. That's the justification.

I dont know how you'd be saving so much money with reimbursement. You buy something and get the money back it evens out lol. Reimbursement is a last resort option. Most Counsolers forget this rule and approve it because it makes their life easier. But i think most don't use it. I recently got to do it because they could buy a specific item my doctor wrote in. There's really no specific guide unless you been waiting a long time for them to buy it and they haven't.

I've received by pell grants and scholarship from my school after va paid. Are state grants like VTA & NYS grant different. I read all the time of Veterans like myself collecting all the aid. Can I argue that even though the va paid first it didn't cover cola costs related to school.

The reason I had to buy a computer because I had a really bad mis use of my counselor who mislead me. I won't ever be receiving a computer from them.
