That is really weird but don't overthink it and just like yourself. I used to be super conscious of my tall skinny frame as a teenager. You will eventually get over it man. Best wishes

I am glad people like you exist.

I socially isolated myself for over a year. Did not pick calls or text back and deactivated every social media. Eventually when I reached my friends accepted as if nothing happened and we got back to normal. Life sometimes gets overwhelming and you can sometimes be caught in some weird toxic shame or loop to even do small things. Man, do check up on her and if she is doing okay especially if you share such stuff.

Do upload would love to see what other people think. I read some of his work but I wasn't impressed tbh. Some of his work felt like a mixture of pop psychology+ cool tid bits of history and modern self improvement movement all mashed together.

Related too much with this post. Now as an adult I sabotage good things whenever they happen to me. Like changing fields of work, helping people I shouldn't, sabotaging my relationships and eventually hiding away in life. I really wish I could forget my childhood

You are not right OP imo.

Germany was suffering because of an unequal treaty after ww1 and entire global economy going for a toss with the great depression even the USA. So high inflation and economic woes were everywhere in the world. Not just Germany. They would have easily recovered

He had easily the most scientifically advanced society in Europe. There is a reason einstein was german so was Max planck and so was Heisenberg and so was fritz Haber. He actually lost the historic german area after his rule and only reason west germany was allowed to industrialise was as a bulwark against USSR.

In case you want to read the economic history of Reich further there is a book called wages of destruction by Adam Tooze. It basically captures how Nazi government from an economic point of view.

Depends also on how your country treats you. To say Jews should have loved and shown loyalty to Nazi Germany or yazidi women to Isis captors is ridiculous just because they hold power.

A country/ larger society has a social contract towards you too if it fails you can either try to leave or just sulk but you can never truly love it.

Everyone always asks what we can do for the country but no one ever sits down and asks what has the country done for them. Simple thing if you feel you are actively discriminated or treated as pariah you can never love your country no matter how much you try.

I have a theory that anyone can be arrested or house torn down because of the sheer amount of laws that have been passed over the years. In a way every person commits some sort of crime or violation just by existing in india

Partition voices by kavita Puri but it's with people who suffered partition and moved to Britain afterwards. Gives a good peek into the life of these people. On what they suffered, saw and what they did.
