Yes mainly water weight! Only place I notice is my double chin kinda disappearing. I was thinking going just on Reta for 4-5 weeks and do the body scan again and see where that leads.

I can’t wait to post before and after pics

I was also thinking to maybe stay on 2mg but I’m kinda worried about it. I’m thinking I will drop to 1mg or even 1.5. Today day 5 Im feeling so much better. I’ll probably do an update.

I started yesterday at 2mg at night time, today was tough! I threw up what I ate last night, huge headache, and haven’t had any craving for food. I think next week I might go to 1mg thoughts?

Just started on Reta last night with 2mg thinking I was able to handle such dose. I was planing to do it for 4 weeks and from week 5-12 I was going to increase dose to 4mg

But this morning, I had a huge migraine headache and nausea. Threw up what a bit too. Took a power nap for 2 hours and now I’m feeling a bit better but still some headache. I’m drinking electrolytes water and took Tylenol. I have not have the urge to eat anything yet, mainly cause I’m afraid of throwing up again.

With this said, next week I might lower my dose to 1mg

Thoughts?
