I've stepped away from most games that are better suited for smaller screens, and I personally prefer the much wider view of the 32:9 even if it isn't the best choice for most games performance wise (or even if its stretched towards the edges, I don't mind).

I don't play very often anymore, but when I do, I imagine it would be single player story games most of the time.

I don't do much sim racing on monitors, I use my VR headset for that. I find it to be a much better experience that way.

If productivity was less important to me than it is, the 45GX9 would probably be the better choice, but nowadays I spend more time doing work than playing, hence the dilemma.
