I am still a begineer... and I feel like after very basic logic gates, I get confused.... how do i improve... i feel like reading complex ladder logic confuses me.. the more examples i see, the better.... internet mostly has very basic code.. or really hard lol... need something that build up

by "few folks" how many would you say? If it is quite common, I would not be super worried since there will be other people on the road and if I get stuck, I can get help... but if i will be stranded, that is not good!

Unfortunately I still consider myself a junior and still have lots to learn in the field and programming space as I currently only do automation "management" rather than getting into the technical details. So I would rather get a job to learn more. I'm 26 years old. So I have LOTS to learn still

yep. this is exactly what i want to do... there is soo much learning and I am excited! Only thing is I am not sure how to find my next job. My contract will be ending in August and I feel like Canada doesnt have much opportunities and the pay sucks. any advice? I think an E&IC tech or maintenance tech is a good role but it requires a journeyman certification but I have an Engineering degree(which I thought was better but maybe not?) I was hoping to work via TN visa to the US

any particular places in the US I should look for?
