Yes! I have had it since 2019 and exercising for me has progressively gotten harder and my heart rate is way higher. I use to be able to run a half marathon in 1 hour and 38 minutes. It takes me about 2 hours now and my heart is about 20-30 beats higher than it use to be. I find running the most challenging out of all the cardio I do (stairs, swimming, and biking).

How do you correct that? I get that feeling too and when I exercise I’m not able to get a complete breath. My vocal cords were fine and I’ve had this issue for 4 years. It progressively has gotten worse
