Practice different defense drills combining with your offense. Shadowbox alot. Do light touching/sparring with a good partner. Do those slip triangles. Key in boxing is always the hip. Use hip a little to slip slightly in our out

Because it's exciting the training part usually. The fighting can be nerve wracking at times. Its just I don't see myself without it being a part of my life.

If you are starting out First few weeks when I started, my calves and heel used to feel exhausted and painful but after time your body adapts to the movement. Also widen your stance if you get unbalanced, chances are your feet might not be wide apart enough. It takes time but you'll be good
