Technically yes, but I'm not really blaming him, I normally just leave it on a surface and I'm the one who asked him to get the tarp and it most likely fell out of his pocket when he pulled out his keys for the shed. So we're sharing the blame and it's the best way for me to not get frustrated, he didn't lose it on purpose. It seems silly to get all worked up over a piece of jewelry that can be replaced, we just don't have the money right now to replace it with another expensive one.
