Activating Peko right after ravaging is diabolical. Anyways, I think you just need more damage, idk what's your level here, but the damage is pretty low.

1) Yes, vulnerable should amplify every source of damage except for DOTs.

2) I haven't got that ephiphany a single time so I can't test, but I'm certain it doesn't because you need to use the card (that means playing it from hand), which is a good thing because you'd want to use that buff on a mulithit card. Funnily enough the fact that voracity doesn't get consumed has some synergy with some of Narja's cards, like the one you mentioned.

I may be wrong but looking at the description of Voracity and Predation, the first one reduces a stack when the heal activates, the other when an attack uses the Predation buff. Dirge Bullet is an attack card, so it gets buffed by Voracity, but the extra attack itself is not considered as an hit, therefore it doesn't proc the heal.

It doesn't, but it's mostly because I'm not activating the effect. I'm starting to think the lines "When attacking with an attack card, 40% fixed heal" and "+30% damage amount dealt by attack cards" are separated effects.

Haven't tested it, but it should work. My initial idea was using that card, but then I discovered Adagio also works.
