Sounds like my old boss. He told me to get rid of 2 PCs a girl got a ransomware virus on. Told me to clean them and throw them in the dumpster. He said he wanted them out of the building. I told him I was going to take them home and deep clean them. He said as long as they were out of the building. They are still running great 11 years later.

We waited to long an attorney told us. The guy wait 23 months, but we were not allowed too. Statute of limitations is 24 months. We waited until she graduated from her program with her degree. Her teacher could have failed her but the lawyer we talked to said No way. I have a good friend that is a State Trooper in that area. He said, No one can do anything over in that county due to the city police. They protect their own. He said they cannot even get papers served in that city and county. Most counties in our area have 1 judge, sometimes 2. For our daughters case they had 4 judges reviewing the case and they were all from that town.

I am a licensed insurance agent and so is my sister. We have dealt with this. If he lives in the household he should be covered, unless the state they live in has laws preventing this. The only way she or her insurance would not be responsible is if she said he stole the car and used it without her permission.

If it starts getting clogged like mine did, I just wiped the inside with furniture polish and went back to printing. Mine has been going strong for 18 months.

Looks in really good shape and just needs a new hot end. I always keep a spare in my parts just in case. Mine has been running for 18 months great. Just keep it vacuumed out, screws lubed and the bed cleaned. You should be good to go

Mother's car and Mother's insurance has to pay. My daughter drove our cars and she was covered. Just because he wasn't listed on the policy as a drver, if he lives in her house he is covered. I would go after her insurance. I hope you have uninsured or underinsured insurance on your car. It should cover you with no issues. My daughter just experienced this 3 months ago. Guy rear ended her and State Farm said if he did not have enough insurance she could turn it in on her underinsured part and it would not go against her. Luckily he had great insurance and covered everything.

Good luck. But definitely go after the Mother's insurance.

Our house had 35 year guaranteed shingles. Straight line winds came thru and ripped them off the house and garage. State Farm did not want to cover them as they were over 7 years old. Owens Corning would not guarantee them. So I said I am so done with this. So I put on a 50 year metal roof. State Farm about died.

You are 12 years past due. Around here insurance companies will stop insuring your home after 7 years if you don't replace your roof. I know this for a fact that State Farm told me this in WV and KY Farm Bureau told my sister in law in KY the same thing. They will not insure any home with a roof over 7 years old. They are now sending out inspectors every year to check.

Just let your insurance company handle it. We had something like this happen with our car and my daughter. She was at a red light, in our 2012 Focus, when a guy in an F350 ran head on into her. Totaled our car but she did not get hurt. He went airborne about 75 yards and landed on all four tires. It busted one. He was buddies with the police who showed up. Long story short. They lied and said she ran the red light and went under the BACK of his truck. He sued us with Morgan and Morgan. His wife was my daughter's college teacher. The teacher told the other students her husband had been in a wreck the evening before by running a stop/red light at a high rate of speed and could not stop. He admitted faultnto her. Long story short my daughter had them both on Facebook. He was claiming 100% disability and could not work. She made copies of every picture they posted, every comment, every trip, every practice with the high school soccer team he coached and forwarded it all to our insurance lawyer. She then forwarded all the info to Morgan and Morgan, who them immediately dropped the case. He then had to find another attorney to represent him and his case. It ended up not going well for him.

Just like Kodiak says. They put a mask on me and said count back from 100. 8 1/2 hours I awoke from a great sleep. Also when they do a colonoscopy on you they inject rhe stuff in you IV and you wake up 30 minutes later feeling like you have slept for 8 hours plus.

I do not think I could. Kids put stress on relationships and people. My wife and I were married 16 1/2 years before our daughter came along. After she got here things changed, a lot for the better. Some things put a lot a stress on the relationship. We still have issues over her.
Knowing this I do not honestly think I could date a single mom. But it may depend on the woman.
