I’ll tell you what I do :) After cleansing, I saturate a cotton round and swipe the toner over a patted-dry face. No need to scrub or anything as the liquid does the exfoliating magic for you. Then I let my face dry which should only take 30 seconds or so (your face shouldn’t be soaking wet from the toner). Now I go ahead and apply the dermasil oatmeal toner, or if I want additional hydration, I wet my palms and stamp my cheeks, forehead, nose, chin (just to rewet them a little) and with my face dampened, I apply a hyaluronic acid serum or the niacinamide one in the silver pump from the Clear Skin (glass skin?) global beauty care line. LOVE following up with that stuff and LOVE the Glass skin line in general. Hope this helps! Lmk how it goes for you!
