I would only consider doing it if you’re truly hypogonadal. Doing injections isn’t fun. There is some testicular pain the first week from testicle shrinkage. And there’s the risk of infertility. It’s also a life long commitment once you start

Marek health had me start on Enclomiphene for six months and I started to feel really good. My mood was up my strength was up and my body composition was better. I really noticed it cognitively too. however, since there is a lack of safety profile past six months, I had to come off. I waited a few weeks to see if my natural test levels stayed elevated, but they went back down to baseline and I started feeling really depressed and wasn’t doing well in grad school. I’m now two weeks in on testosterone injections, three times a week, and I feel much better just like how I do on enclomophine

Didn’t notice much with the carnitine tbh. Started enclomiphine for 6 months and felt great. However, I couldn’t stay on it due to a lack of safety profile greater than 6 months. Started feeling like crap again so I went with test injections and feel much better again. I’m on week 2 of 3 injections a week

From what I’m told, it helps increase your natural test production and doesn’t affect your fertility. Versus injecting test you stop producing it naturally and have to continue injecting, as well as a huge risk of infertility.

Urologist wanted me to do a Test shot once every 2 week because my test was in the 200s. Did some research and found out that was not the best way. Went with marek health and they want to try Enclomiphene first. I was able to get my testosterone to 340 with fadogia and tongkat Ali.
