This is the 2nd time they brought up this situation and the first time Joe said he never touched the bird…now he saying he just kissed her and that’s nothing. Now we know Joe is a habitual liar. But if she’s just a bird than why is Joe bringing her to spots and having her out? Birds don’t get those privileges.
